    This is great work - thank you a lot

    However, i use open-office and the talent level spreadsheet macros don’t work even if i enable macros

    Any ideas why?

    Think you’ve commented on the wrong post, but anyway…

    There is now a version specific to OpenOffice so try downloading that, and it should work fine.
